A zoning application is required as a condition precedent to the commencement of a use or the erection, construction, reconstruction, restoration, alteration, conversion, or installation of a structure or building, which acknowledges that such use, structure, or building complies with the provisions of the municipal zoning ordinance. Fees for the application can range from $25.00 to $150.00 depending on what is applied for per the ordinance. Should the approval be denied an applicant may request to go to the Land Use Board for consideration of said intent.
