Mosquito Control

The Sussex County Department of Environmental and Public Health Services Office of Mosquito Control continually works to assemble available resources to combat public health threats and minimize human/mosquito contact. The office has released a mosquito information packet to municipalities to share with their residents.

The Office of Mosquito Control conducts mosquito control applications throughout the warmer weather. Residents may call Sussex County Mosquito Control at 973-948-4545, or they may complete a short service request form via link at the bottom of the mosquito spray schedule page. If residents experience difficulty with either of these two methods, they may call the Sussex County Health Department at 973-579-0370, or, Wantage Township at 973-875-7192, but they should try to call Sussex County Mosquito Control first.

For more information about mosquito control: Phone: 973-940-5225, Fax: 973-940-5227, Email: mosquito@sussex.nj.us
