Lake Neepaulin Earth Day Clean Up
In recognizing Earth Day on April 22 and celebrating it on Saturday, April 25, FOLN conducted its annual spring trash and litter roadside clean-up. An energetic group of 15 adults and 3 youths gathered more than 1,800 lbs of trash and carted it to SCMUA in three pick-up trucks.
On Friday, April 24, FOLN removed an automobile engine from a vacant lot on South Shore Drive and carted it to a recycling center. Scenes from the clean-up are below.
