The board discusses animal control, oil tank problems, sewage disposal
problems and anything that may be a problem for the health of the Wantage
Township community.
Meetings
The Board of Health meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 7:30 at the
Municipal Building with the exception of July and August. The board suggests
you confirm the scheduled meeting by calling the municipal building (973-875-7192)
the day of the meeting.

$25 pash payment – preferred to be collected a the time of appointment.
No fee for Grant eligible participants. • This screening clinic is available to Sussex County residents who have NO INSURANCE TO COVER ROUTINE SCREENINGS and participants in NJCEED. • Residents who have comprehensive health care insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid are NOT ELIGIBLE for this clinic service.

Rabies Clinic
April 8,
6–8 p.m. at the municipal garage (located behind the municipal building).
Dogs must be leashed. Cats must be in a carrier.
Bring prior proof of rabies.
