| Annual Opening Day Little League Parade | ||

| Play Ball! The 2008 Little League season kicked off with its annual parade through Sussex on Saturday, April 19. The parade began and finished at the Sussex Middle School. Teams paraded in full uniform with their team banner. Hot dogs, chips, and soda were served to all players. Prizes were awarded at each level for the best banner.
