To report a downed wire and other visible equipment damage, call the utility in your service area. Be aware that utilities will be working to restore power first to hospitals, police stations, fire stations, water and sewer facilities, communications facilities (TV, radio, and telephone), and customers on life-sustaining medical equipment; The next in line will be circuits serving the largest number of homes and businesses.
